Who does this coaching work for?
EVERYONE. Examples:
Olympic Weightlifting: Coach of a Junior State Champion and 4th place finisher, and Multiple Junior, University, and U25 National Qualifiers. I can teach you from scratch!
Powerlifting: Coached a Police/Fire National Champion and Multiple State Record Holders
Strength and Conditioning: Football Players, Army Special Forces, Wrestlers, Triathletes, Law Enforcement officers, etc. Name the sport, and we will make you a BEAST.
Former Athletes, those without any athletic experience, and those simply “adulting”: Humans need to move and continue to level up. Many of my athletes simply want to improve physically to feel better, move better in their daily lives, and be healthy.
Are there any minimum strength or skill levels to join?
NO. Regardless of whether you’re utilizing private or team programming, I program specifically to meet everyone where they’re at in their fitness journey.
How does it work?
I program weekly regardless of program, and each exercise has a demonstration video for you to follow. You can take videos of your lifts, and send them in our discord chat for analysis. Levels of individual attention will vary based on program selected.
